About Jordan Hill
Jordan Hill is a Steelton native, a Penn State University graduate and an NFL defensive tackle. Playing in the NFL is something Jordan has to work on every single day, but football is only part of who he is.
The Jordan Hill Foundation is focused on providing youth initiatives and creating a road to success. Jordan grew up in a small, blue-collar steel mill town in Pennsylvania. There were many teachers, friends, neighbors, families and coaches who provided Jordan and his family opportunities when there was a need. Whether it was tutoring, getting Jordan to and from football camp, or meals arriving at the Hill home when his father was ill and unable to work… Jordan feels compelled to support and create those opportunities for others.
The Hill family has learned about diabetes and kidney disease first-hand. For nearly a decade, Jordan witnessed the impact of these diseases through his father, Larry. Being a strong advocate, supporting prevention of diabetes and funding research for kidney disease is part of the core mission of the Jordan Hill Foundation.
Jordan has overcome many obstacles to play football at the pro level with each step making him the person he is today. Jordan is now motivated to help and inspire others.
